In today’s age of digitalization, companies embrace technologies that can define how their workplace operates. One core value that defines companies that excel in what they do is that of Trust. Companies with high levels of trust have employees who are committed, enthusiastic, loyal and willing to run the extra mile. These employees are engaged.
Our inaugural Indonesia Best Workplaces™ show that companies who invest in building engagement in the workplace have clear expectations of a desired work culture. They aim to instil a sense of pride in the everyday jobs of their employees, build leaders who are dependable and whose actions match their words and values, and have colleagues who have a sense of belonging through a physical and social work environment that people feel proud to work for. Companies enjoy good business returns, retain amazing talent and continue to build a high-trust, high-performing workplace culture. Indeed, Trust Drives Engagement.
Great Place to Work is privileged to introduce the gold standard of recognition of Best Companies to Work for, for the first time in Indonesia. The robust and rigorous assessment of workplace cultures entered on employee experiences and management practices that build relationships and trust starts with recognising the companies who have been doing so. We honour these companies on 29 June with the Indonesia Best Workplaces List virtual event online. Come discover how Trust is the defining principle of great workplaces from companies who will share their insights and practices that lead to a great place to work For All ™ .
