This assessment lays the foundation for Certification and determines your eligibility for our Best Workplaces™ lists.
The Southeast Asia Best Workplaces™ in Technology 2026 list recognizes organizations that are setting the benchmark for trust, innovation, and workplace culture across one of the region’s fastest-growing industries. Based on confidential employee feedback, the list celebrates technology organizations that consistently deliver exceptional employee experiences and high-trust workplace cultures across Southeast Asia.
Unlike country-level lists, organizations are benchmarked against leading technology employers across Southeast Asia. This creates a more rigorous standard by evaluating workplace culture across multiple markets, employee populations, and operating environments, recognizing organizations that lead on a regional scale.
The Great Place To Work Trust Index™ Survey asks employees to respond to 60 statements about their workplace experience and includes two open-ended questions. The survey measures employees’ experiences of leadership, respect, fairness, pride, camaraderie, opportunities for growth, and overall workplace culture.
Rankings are determined primarily through confidential employee feedback collected via the Great Place To Work Trust Index™ Survey. We analyze employees’ experiences of trust, leadership, fairness, respect, pride, and camaraderie, and assess how consistently these experiences are shared across the workforce
In addition to employee feedback, we consider an organization’s regional presence, including the number of employees across Southeast Asia, the number of countries where the organization is Great Place To Work Certified™, and the number of countries where employee surveys have been conducted.
Yes. Organizations must meet strict standards for survey administration and employee participation rates. These requirements help ensure survey results accurately represent the experiences and perspectives of the workforce.
In today’s fast-moving technology sector, a high-trust workplace helps organizations attract and retain skilled talent, foster innovation, and adapt to rapid change. Organizations recognized on this list demonstrate that investing in people and culture is a competitive advantage that drives business performance and long-term success.
To be considered for the next Southeast Asia Best Workplaces™ in Technology list, organizations must complete the Great Place To Work® Certification™ process and meet the relevant eligibility criteria. Eligible organizations are then assessed using our globally recognized methodology to determine the region’s Best Workplaces™ in Technology.
