Exactly 5 year ago I joined this pleasant social life and strong work relationship at Capella Ubud, Bali.

During that year I did several Task Forces and worked closely with many incredible people. I am excited as I look forward to learning and growing with this new title.

I'm very glad to share that I got my recertification for the TCM at Capella Ubud, Bali. This certification is special for me. It does not focus on skills, rather on experience - the ability to do, to implement, to deliver something, the practical application of the skills, knowledge and experience. It was after I got my 1st certification, as Capella Culturist Supervisor, that I really understood myself as a technical professional and my career goals. Our superior always lead us in the first morning with a brief information through line up, we will share all the information among the hotel, guests, glitches, and projects. By sharing that kind of information, we as a team member will understand our part and other team part and we communicate each other. The manager always there to give us not only supervision but support as well, making sure our operation going smoothly, defect taking care off and manage well.
