Her 12 years of working experience in diverse industries across academia, healthcare, coaching, user experience, and hospitality in Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia equips her with an appreciation for the unique contexts and challenges each industry presents for workplace culture and employee engagement. Outside of work, Clare can be found hiking at coastal areas on sunny days, baking peanut butter brownies and pandan chiffon cake, or dabbling in embroidery.
