Roland spent the first 20 years of his career in financial markets with experience ranging from funds management to global markets to venture capital. Great Place To Work® started out as an investment for him 10 years ago and he now works closely with the team as Board Chair of Great Place To Work ASEAN and ANZ. Roland has always believed in the power of Trust and how building great workplaces serves not just to better the lives of employees, but also create better economic outcomes for employers and for society at large.
