I never feels like this before I join in this company. When I join this company, everyone is welcome with me. And for me, it was important to work somewhere that is doing something positive for society and URC Indonesia has that social purpose.

While we are talking about company it means that you are talking about the Management level. In URC Indonesia executive team are accessible and they act as a role model where they are live and lead by an example. The culture is open and URC Indonesia always PUTTING THE PEOPLE FIRST to listen and understand what employee's needs. We also conducted for staff event like the quarterly townhalls, monthly engagement event in helping us to bring different teams together in one goal.

I appreciate having access to the cycle of positive work, especially for me career women and having a family. Women have a privilege to cover insurance for our family (kids and husband) and Leaders who are very supportive if any of the female employees are unable to attend due to child or family needs. Here I was also really impressed with the seamless rules from Management that while in Pandemic situation (Covid Ð 19), people in URC Indonesia can work remotely from home, and vastly, URC Indonesia transforming the new way of working that changing the system from manual to digital and it applied to all office systems. This flexible working system is supported until now at URC Indonesia and we called it Hybrid working system.
