The Covid-19 pandemic has had enormous effects on workplace culture. The nature of work and corporate interactions have changed. Organizations have discovered that employees do not necessarily have to share space to get things done. In fact, they can be equally productive and collaborative when working from home. Commuting to work is a bygone for most; a hybrid set-up can be adapted where some employees are allowed to work remotely while select staff take turns to run the premises.
As companies adjust their operations and look forward to recovery, function heads and leaders are looking into which strategies they want to retain, and which ones they have to recreate in order to sustain and improve their employee experience.
This webinar features Yosafat M. Hutagalung who led his team at PT Link Net Indonesia to being one of Indonesia’s first Great Place to Work-Certified companies amidst the challenges of the pandemic.
