Certification, Celebration and Beyond.

On 22 June, Great Place to Work® Australia, Indonesia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam took part in our very first Certification Nation Day. More than 10,000 companies around the world apply to become Great Place to Work-Certified™ each year – and on Certification Nation Day, Great Place to Work® celebrates every single certified company. It’s a time for certified companies to celebrate their remarkable cultures, recognise the contribution of their employees and proudly display their Great Place to Work-Certified badge. The team at Great Place to Work® were blown away with excitement from all the social media engagements, in person celebrations at the workplace, and testimonials from leaders and employees on being Great Place to Work- Certified™.

Certification matters. It is the path to being ranked in the Best Workplace™ list, but it is also much more than that. Certification is the first step towards leaders developing a true understanding of their organisation’s culture and how employees experience the workplace day to day. Certified companies have benchmarked their employee experience against the best in the world and can say – publicly and proudly – that they are trusted, caring and a member of an elite group of organisations that put their people first.

Certification Nation Day is all about bringing the Great Place to Work – Certified™ community across the world together to celebrate not just their Certification status but essentially the employees who have made this possible. Leaders and employees enjoyed the occasion and happily shared what makes their company great! Although celebration may have been different for some this year, the appreciation could be heard loud and clear on their social media network.

On our end, we are proud to amplify and recognise these achievements through our social media network. We would like to thank our Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies for their participation on our very first global social media campaign and helping us build a better world by helping organisations become great places to work for All™.
