I have been working in Ericsson for almost one year now. What
appeals to me the most about Ericsson is the telecommunication
technology it provides, the companyÕs vision, and the companyÕs
philosophies on people. Ericsson is one of the leaders in
telecommunication technology and has pioneered a lot of technology
that is really useful for society. Add to that EricssonÕs commitment
towards diversity and inclusion, equal opportunity and emphasis on
the development of the people. All my expectations are exceeded.
Ericsson is a really good place to work. With the number of training,
workshops, and certifications plus the tools and benefits, Ericsson
really helps employees to work better and more efficiently. Work-life
balance as well as flexibility too is an added bonus. Ericsson has
made a good decision to let people work from home which shows
the companyÕs values.
