On International Women’s Day (IWD) this year, we celebrate the strides that women have made toward greater gender equality over the years and reflect on what has been effective in developing female talent to build the leadership pipeline in these organizations. We also recognize that there is still work to be done to encourage women’s participation in the workforce, address gender bias and enable work-life harmony.
